Just A Few Terms and Conditions

 

 

Our turnaround times vary based on the scope of the project and the delivery of content by the client.

 

    Below are typical turnarounds. However, your turnaround can be shorter or longer depending on the complexity and size of the project, and communication

• Logo Design: 10 to 15 business days

• Brand Design: 4-6 weeks

• Flyer Designs: 5 -7 business days

• CD/DVD Artwork: 5-7 business days

• Promo/ Training/ Teaching Videos: 7-14 days

• Website/ Social Media  Design & Setup 4-6 weeks

• We do not guarantee a completion date for any project. We work with an average of 10 clients at a time and though we can work on several client projects at once – we do keep clients in order of first come – first serve. 

 

• All information (wording, photos, etc) must be received before the project begins.

Flyer design rush fee:

• Our standard turnaround is 5-7 Business Days.

• There is a +$65 fee for expedited 3 Business Day designing.ONE Business Day designing is a +$95 rush fee. These fees are due in full, upfront with the delivery of content. This is not to be mistaken with rush shipping/delivery of printed designs.

 Rush shipping/delivery costs will vary based on the printer.

Excessive Revisions to Flyers and Video Edits:

Every client is unique, and we always factor in the option of making adjustments. We aim for a mutually beneficial professional collaboration where we respect each other's time and ideas, keeping this in mind, any hiccups along the way will be easier to resolve.

The design and edit process naturally consists of phases. We create a design draft and asks the (YOU) the client for feedback. Revisions are then made with the goal to move closer to the best end result for your project and your audience.

Revisions are part of the design process and they cannot (and should not) be avoided. Rather, they should be done purposefully by keeping in mind the project's objectives.

Here's how we at DuBose Enterprises define a round of revision for our clients. Once a design/ edit draft is presented, the client has two days to provide their feedback. Once all of their comments, ideas and questions are consolidated; we provide a new version, that's the end of that round of revision. Two rounds of Revisions are included in your estimate for Flyer or graphic designs. One rounds of revision are included in video edit estimate.

 

There are major revisions and minor ones.  Here are some clear examples of each. For instance, "Moving photos and text around the page means we are doing layout changes and that's a major revision. However, changing a short text phrase here and there is a minor revision."  All rounds of Major revisions not included in initial estimate are billed at a flat fee of $20 each. In regard to video edits Major Revisions are consider as any re-shoots and replacements or additions to video. There is No Charge for Minor Revisions as defined in the description above.

 

Ideally, we would want to avoid major design and edit overhauls by being on the same design page as YOU our client from the start. An easy way to do this is to encourage you to use the visual briefing forms provided on our website under the work request tab, this form will ask you for specific colors, fonts, styles – for you to describe to us instead of relying merely on verbal descriptions. It's our go-to method for eliminating aesthetic misunderstandings upfront.

 

Website Builder Packages / Social Media Management Services

We offer a variety of packages that will fit any budget as far as our Website and Social Media Services goes. These services are offered on a 12-month contractual basis with auto renewal at the end of term unless cancel.  Once setup and design has been finalized and approved by client, monthly fees to host and maintain website or social will be billed at the same time each month. If client needs to pause their services anytime during the contract period for financial reasons, they are required to give us a 30-day notice to paused automatic billing. Each client will be allowed a total of 30 days during each contract period to pause their service without penalty. If client decides to discontinue their contract after 30 days, the remainder of the contract must be paid in full, and client will be billed accordingly.

 

 

 

Video Editing / Live Shoots / Virtual Streaming Terms

**Please Note: In order for us to get started or make plans to attend your special event; your deposit of $200 must be secured upfront using the link proved in welcome email.

**THE 50% OF YOUR REMAINING BALANCE ON YOUR ACCOUNT IS DUE EXACTLY 7 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE OF SERVICE 

 

**THE ENTIRE TOTAL BALANCEIS DUE ON YOUR DATE OF SERVICE BEFORE SETUP CAN BEGIN

 

 

**TRAVELING EXPENSES/ GAS ARE RATED AT .54 CENT A MILE

 

HOTEL RATES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
